What insurance do you accept?

       We accept the following insurances: Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Mail Handlers, Tricare, Triwest, U.S. Department of Labor, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Medicare and supplemental insurance from Medicare, Medicaid (El Paso Health, Amerigroup) and many others.

I work and have a family. Can you work with my schedule?

      We are very flexible. You can enter at your convenience during our business hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

What age groups do you serve?

  We have successfully treated patients as young as three years old all the way up to patients in their nineties.

​

What do I need for my first occupational therapy visit?

      Loose clothing and shorts if your injury is in the lower extremity. Please bring your ID card, insurance card, medication list, any medical reports (I.E. x-rays or MRI’s) and your referring physician for therapy.

​

How long does the treatment usually last?

      It depends on the extent of your injury or injuries, however, on average, the treatment usually lasts between 1 hour and 2 hours.

 Do I need a referral?

 Yes, the referral that was given to you by your treating physician or P.A.

​

Do I have a choice of which facility I would like to receive treatment from?

 Yes, as a patient you have the right to choose where you would like to attend therapy / rehabilitation, as long as the clinic accepts your insurance.

​

 Do I have to pay my deductible or co-payment in advance?

You can make payment arrangements for your deductible and co-payments once you come in for treatment.
