"In 2007 and 2011 Rocky Romero and his staff at El Paso Hand Rehab helped me through some sports related injuries. I can honestly say that he was friendly, caring, and professional in every aspect of my experience there. I had knee rehab and everyone was so helpful & understanding. I would highly recommend this occupational therapy rehab. Really appreciated that they stayed open later then most because I worked at that time and couldn't get there till 5:00, they close at 6:00.

"I came to El Paso Hand Rehabilitation for therapy with skeptical views as to its benefits due to past experiences with three other therapy clinics. I was dealing with several work-related injuries to my shoulder, elbow, and hand. My elbow was stuck in the bent position and in the other places that will stop working on my elbow. Rocky Romero overlooked the fact that my elbow had been in that condition for so long and implemented my therapy treatment to include the elbow. Thanks to Rocky and his assistants my elbow straightened to almost normal position. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rocky and his staff for the exceptional therapy treatment they have given me over the last five years after of injuries and surgeries. Pain is a difficult thing to deal with at times, but I have an upbeat and positive minded therapist who has really helped me through my struggles in dealing with my injuries. Their service offers individualized, positive treatment. Not only are they effective with treatments, but there are no "headaches" in dealing with insurance paperwork. Office staff always handles the paperwork in a very efficient way, so that in the years that I have needed therapy I have had problems or denials with the documentation presented by them. The evaluation reports for my doctors have always been prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Aside from therapy, for which I am very grateful, Rocky is always looking for ways to aid recovery of his patients. He is continually searching for the latest equipment and supplies regardless of insurance coverage. He just keeps the welfare and needs of his patients in mind. "I was 28 when I injured my right hand at work. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. The doctor gave me the option of putting myself on pain pills for a year or undergoing surgery and taking care of it immediately. I decided to have surgery. Two weeks later I was sent to hand therapy at the El Paso Hand Rehabilitation Center. I am pleased to say that thanks to EPHRC I was able to obtain full functional movement and strength. I also really enjoyed the therapy because the EPHRC staff makes you feel at home and treats you with respect. Best of all, they really do treat your injury as if it were their own. I am very satisfied with the therapy I received at EPHRC.
